Job Type Full-Time Workspace Remote Job Description As a Senior Licensing Strategy Development professional, you’ll lead the development and execution of licensing strategies to maximize the impact of our quantum technology. You’ll collaborate with technical and business teams to identify partnerships, including potential aerospace applications, contributing to our groundbreaking approach to quantum computing. This position offers the chance to influence the next generation of quantum technology, supporting our licensing revenue goals. Responsibilities Lead the development of licensing strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue generation. Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities with industry leaders, including aerospace sectors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, architecture, systems, design, product engineering, validation, and implementation) to align licensing efforts with technical milestones and patent strategies. Provide expertise in intellectual property licensing, contributing to patentable innovations and business growth. Foster a culture of innovation and strategic development. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field (MBA or JD preferred). 7+ years of experience in licensing strategy, preferably in technology or aerospace industries. Proven expertise in negotiating and managing licensing agreements, with a focus on intellectual property. Strong understanding of quantum technology applications and market dynamics. Experience with interdisciplinary teams and a track record of delivering strategic business solutions. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with quantum computing or photonic/trapped-ion technologies. Knowledge of aerospace applications or quantum simulations for scientific discovery. Experience with patent development or intellectual property processes, particularly for licensing initiatives. This role may involve access to ITAR-controlled information, requiring U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency; all applicants must be eligible to work with such data under U.S. export control regulations.
