In this role, you willbe responsible forleveragingyourpriorArmy recruiting experience to engage with potential applicants interested in joining the U.S. Army. Key Responsibilities: Serve as asubject matter expert in Armyrecruitingprocesses and tools. Provide guidance to internal staff inrecruitingbest practices andbranch specific knowledge. Leverage experience to anticipate and problem solve customer and stakeholder issues. Develop training content to enhance team knowledge of Army culture, values, and traditions. Required Qualifications: Prior service in US Army Strong understandingof career paths and progression available to prospective recruits Ideal Qualifications: Experience as an Army recruiter Familiarity with VRC or similar virtualrecruitingenvironments Knowledge of Power BI and Vantage About Us: Founded in 2012, and based out of Fort Knox, KY NSCG is a full-service Government contracting firm that supports contracts and consulting efforts on a national level.
