About the Role:
Fairfield Dental Group PA is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Fairfield, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims and billing
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure an efficient and smooth office experience
• Salary Negoitable

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
• Professional, dependable, and a true team player
