Senior Territory Sales Manager

Senior Territory Sales Manager – Indianapolis OCuSOFT is an Eye Care pharmaceutical company seeking the services of a personable, energetic, "can-do" individual for the position of Senior Territory Sales Manager (STSM). Workweeks are Monday‑Friday, with the occasional weekend when a trade show/conference is scheduled. STSMs have a complete focus on delivering medical samples, coupons, literature, and other information to Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and Opticians in their offices. STSMs also meet with the doctors, staff, and purchaser(s) to directly sell products into the practice as well as market a variety of prescription products to patients and providers. The Company develops and promotes innovative products that require technical presentations, so the preferred candidate will have good communication skills and be conscientious in their study habits to expand their product knowledge. The individual should also be available for overnight travel. This position will lead to a Regional Manager position that will be responsible for directing a team of 8‑10 representatives within 90‑120 days of hire. Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Senior Territory Sales Manager position is: Must have 3‑5 years of eye care sales or medical sales/device experience (REQUIRED) Able to travel overnight (up to 50%). Organized and possesses good communication skills Able to "think out of the box." A college degree is required. Salary commensurate with ability.
