Equismart Lending is looking for motivated, aggressive, and money-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing lending team.

We specialize in hard money loans, private money lending, refinancing, and traditional mortgage financing.

ALL LEADS ARE PROVIDED! Your job is to pick up the phone, make outbound cold calls, generate interest, and connect potential borrowers with our lending team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls using company-provided leads
• Contact homeowners, property owners, and real estate investors
• Generate interest in hard money loans, refinancing, and traditional financing
• Identify motivated borrowers and potential financing opportunities
• Qualify prospects by collecting basic information
• Follow up with interested leads
• Schedule appointments for our lending team
• Track calls and leads in our CRM system

Requirements

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making 300–500 outbound calls per day
• Confident, persistent, and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Sales, telemarketing, or call center experience is a plus
• No mortgage experience required – training provided
• Reliable and able to work full-time in our Diamond Bar office
