The Sales Manager role is an important one in the next phase of our company's growth. You will work to help us grow our member base in Columbus, requiring a wide skill set including the execution of the full sales cycle, top-of-the-funnel pipeline management, and assistance in strategic partnerships and brand awareness. This position requires you to be on-site in our Columbus, Short North location.

• Drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle - this involves pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts
• Identify and execute new strategic business development opportunities, partnerships, and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings & tours
• Know the market: understand the "ins and out" of your local market, including pricing and nearby competitors
• Generating profitable new business through sales funnel management and outreach activities to achieve monthly sales targets
• Identify target customers in new markets
