Key Responsibilities Guide candidates through the application, recruitment, and onboarding process with enthusiasm Post new job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews promptly Maintain the Staffing Needs spreadsheet and facilitate candidate phone interviews Serve as a recruiting expert within the assigned geographical region using creative sourcing methods Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and process updates Prepare Conditional Offer letters and facilitate employee orientations and onboarding sessions Provide administrative support including uniform process management and handling termination forms Required Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and staff Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster a loving and supportive environment Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail Effective time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Education & Experience High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related recruiting roles Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Ability to adapt positively to change in a rapidly growing environment Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work Ability to lift up to 15 pounds Location: NV - Las Vegas 3130 S Rainbow Blvd suite 304, Las Vegas, NV 89146, USA THE PALAMERICAN DIFFERENCE With our depth of knowledge, our focus on innovation and our never-ending desire for self-improvement, PalAmerican is your best choice when looking for a dedicated security partner committed to exceeding your highest expectations.
