Responsibilities

• Assist operators with materials assigned to run equipment.
• Ensure that items produced meet quality control requirements.
• Train with operators to learn moderately advanced troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints as applicable.
• Use moderately advanced measuring instruments.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards, maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of machine operating experience.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as hand gauges and calipers.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Attention to detail in production and general labor tasks.

• Blueprint experience is a huge plus but not required.
• CNC experience preferred but open to training mechanically inclined candidates.
• Familiarity with Murata CNC Machines and Multi-spindle Screw machines.

We offer competitive pay with opportunities for pay raises every six months until top-out. Our internal bidding systems allow for promotions, and we provide benefits and PTO upon conversion. Enjoy $200 reimbursement for tools and safety shoes. Benefit from two paid 20-minute breaks, effectively working 7 hours and 20 minutes while being paid for 8 hours.

Work Environment

Our facility is smoke-free and not climate controlled, but it does not reflect extreme temperatures. You will work alongside Operators and Production workers on your shift in a newer facility. Dress code includes slip-resistant steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a work shirt with no holes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mooresville,NC.
