Now Hiring: Digital Operations Coordinator Location: Dearborn, MI Pay Rate: $26.27/hour Schedule: Full-Time, Fully Onsite Assignment Length: Temporary position through January 30, 2027 Keep Technology Running Behind the Scenes Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with asset tracking and inventory management? We\'re seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced design environment by managing hardware assets, coordinating technology deployments, maintaining databases, and helping end users stay productive. Job Duties Track and manage 2,500+ technology assets, including laptops, PCs, monitors, tablets, and related equipment Maintain accurate asset inventory databases and conduct regular audits Coordinate hardware deployments, returns, upgrades, and transportation logistics Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and provide user support Generate reports and maintain documentation for leadership and stakeholders Support procurement, ordering, and delivery of technology equipment Collaborate with IT teams, technicians, vendors, and business partners Assist with project planning, process improvements, and inventory control initiatives Support presentation spaces and coordinate maintenance activities Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, or database administration Strong Microsoft 365 skills Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and workstation support Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Employee Workplace
