Paralegal II

To support a growing immigration practice, the fully remote Paralegal II will manage a high-volume caseload by preparing and filing petitions and applications for business immigrant visas while maintaining direct contact with clients and attorneys. Key responsibilities Prepares and files petitions and applications for business immigrant visas, including PERM applications and various USCIS petitions Drafts audit responses and RFEs for filings with USCIS while compiling and analyzing case facts Maintains organized client documentation and communicates directly with attorneys and clients Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a paralegal focused on employment-based immigrant visas Proficiency in case management systems such as VisaTrax, INSZoom, and LawLogix Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Fluency in English, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
