Job Description Black Optix Tint , one of the fastest-growing automotive restyling franchises in the industry, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Business Advisor to support franchise owners across our expanding network. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted coach, consultant, and operational expert—helping franchisees launch, grow, and optimize their businesses. You'll work directly with owners in the field, providing guidance on operations, marketing, training, and business development while ensuring alignment with brand standards and best practices.
