As a Sales Representative at Champions Marketing Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with potential customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our products and services can meet their requirements. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Through your persuasive communication and exceptional customer service, you will build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough research on prospects and industries to tailor sales pitches effectively.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
• Actively listen to customers’ needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and addressing any questions they may have.
• Negotiate sales contracts and pricing terms, striving to close deals in a timely and successful manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

This is an entry-level position, so you don’t need any prior experience in sales or customer service. But if you have any experience in those areas, that would be a plus.

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• A positive and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection and turning it into opportunities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating to achieve shared objectives.
