Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and effectively communicating our technology solutions to prospective clients. This position requires a blend of technical sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of our technology solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on account status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product offerings and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Apollo or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on achieving results.
- This position requires heavy travel to conventions, expos, events, and client locations.
