Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal Lines Account Executive to join our client's growing team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a distinguished portfolio of high net worth and middle market clients while enjoying the flexibility of choosing your preferred work environment—whether that's fully remote, hybrid, or onsite. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven professional with deep expertise in personal lines insurance products and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service while identifying strategic cross-selling opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities- Manage and service a diverse portfolio of high net worth and middle market personal lines insurance clients, ensuring their insurance needs are comprehensively met and exceeded
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing expert guidance on all personal lines insurance matters including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages
- Conduct thorough annual policy reviews with clients to assess changing needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining detailed documentation in agency management systems
- Monitor policy expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal conversations well in advance to ensure seamless coverage continuation
- Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate optimal terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements for clients
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication, responsiveness, and personalized service delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's unique circumstances, assets, lifestyle, and risk exposures to provide tailored insurance recommendations
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify evolving insurance needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on coverage options, policy features, and risk management strategies
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and claims assistance
