Technical Animator - Hybrid & Pipeline Innovator

To strengthen our team at our subsidiary the Claymore Game Studios GmbH in Darmstadt (Germany) , we are looking for a Technical Animator(m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Qualification • More than 3 years of experience in game-development • Excellent technical understanding and scripting/coding experience • Animation experience and passion for animation • Problem-solving attitude and the ability to quickly familiarize with new technical topics • Knowledge of Unreal and its animation systems • Knowledge of Blender is a plus • Passion for games and game development • Proactive, team player mindset with excellent communication skills and hands-on mentality • Goal-oriented way of working • A high degree of initiative and reliability Responsibilities • Research, development and continued improvement of the animation pipeline • Close collaboration with the code department in art-relevant topics • Rigging and skinning of animated meshes • Monitoring and optimization of (animation-)performance Join Kalypso Groups team within the global network of 200+ experts across 10 locations.
