Product Delivery Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Agile leadership & coaching: Serve as an Agile Lead/Scrum Master for multiple teams—facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, and reinforce healthy team norms.
• Delivery execution: Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution—scope, milestones, capacity, dependencies, risks/issues, and release readiness.
• Transformation enablement: Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives (ways of working, operating model changes, metrics, tooling), helping teams adopt consistent practices and improve maturity over time.
• Stakeholder management: Partner with Product Owners/Managers, Engineering leads, Design, Data, Operations, and Risk/Control partners to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure clear decision-making.
• Metrics & transparency: Establish and maintain delivery/flow metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, predictability, quality signals), and produce clear status and insights for leadership.
• Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks and systemic issues, lead retrospectives beyond the team level, and drive actionable improvements to increase speed and quality sustainably.
• Cross-team coordination: Manage dependencies across teams and/or platforms; coordinate integrated planning and delivery across multiple workstreams where required.
• Governance & controls (as applicable): Ensure delivery artifacts and routines support required governance, documentation, and control expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a  Scrum Master and/or Agile Lead , and strong understanding of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean fundamentals).
• Proven delivery management experience in a product and technology environment (multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups).
• Ability to influence without authority; strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record improving delivery outcomes (predictability, cycle time, quality, team health) using data and practical interventions.
• Comfort working in a regulated / controlled environment with multiple stakeholders and governance touchpoints.
• Strong organizational skills—can manage competing priorities, ambiguity, and shifting timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications:  CSM/PSM ,  SAFe (SSM/SA/POPM) ,  ICAgile (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting Agile transformation at scale (multi-team, program, or portfolio level).
• Familiarity with Agile tooling and reporting (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and practical metric design.
• Experience with modern product delivery practices (discovery-to-delivery, OKRs, experiment-driven delivery).
