As a Product Delivery Director in Home Lending Portfolio Operations, you will foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of modern, agile ways of working and build repeatable systems that enable teams to move faster with less friction.
• Build and deliver crisp, audience-calibrated communications for senior leadership. Translate portfolio complexity into clear narratives that drive decisions, surface risks early, and demonstrate progress against critical priorities.
• Define, track, and report delivery metrics. Drive improvements in cycle time, production stability, quality, and delivery speed.
• Act as the connective tissue between Portfolio Operations and Transformation Business Management, ensuring portfolio health, roadmap discipline, and executive storytelling remain aligned.
• Craft compelling, senior-ready communications that translate portfolio complexity into clarity, with a clear takeaway and action.
• Create repeatable structures that enable leaders to focus on transformation rather than administration.
• Deliver on the highest priorities while maintaining focus on future needs.
• Connect product, operations, and technology teams to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
• Mobilize teams through credibility, clarity, and momentum while raising the bar for performance and accountability.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio management, program management, strategy, or operational leadership within financial services or mortgage banking.
• Proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Deep expertise in portfolio and program management, including intake, prioritization, dependency management, delivery metrics, and operating cadence.
• Demonstrated ability to define and track delivery metrics and use data to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-level narratives.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and business case development.
• Deep understanding of agile product management, portfolio operations, and transformation methodologies.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and focus stakeholders on priorities.
• Fluency in AI and emerging technologies, including practical application of AI-driven solutions to improve delivery, decision-making, and productivity.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Recognized thought leader in a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
