We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential communities in Houston. Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations to maintain efficiency and consistency across the community. Lead resident relations with a focus on delivering excellent service and satisfaction. Coordinate leasing activities, maintenance requests, vendor management, and compliance requirements. Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, collections, and overall property metrics. Manage delinquency and implement effective collection strategies to ensure financial health. Support, guide, and develop onsite staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism. Resolve issues proactively, maintaining strong resident relations and satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in property management, with a preference for Class B & C property backgrounds. Proven expertise in handling delinquency, collections, and financial management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
