Job Overview CDL-A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker – Out 21 / Home 7. Full‑time dedicated account with first‑year earnings between $85 k and $106 k. This position offers a daily salary, substantial home time, and high‑quality benefits. Requirements At least one year of over‑the‑road (OTR) or regional driving experience in the past three years. Tanker and hazmat endorsements must be held at the time of application. Relatively clean motor vehicle record (MVR). No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years. Felony convictions and failed or refused DOT drug tests are disqualifying. Responsibilities & Compensation Earn a first‑year pay range of $85 k–$106 k. Start at $300.30 per day, with a $3 per day increase every six months up to a cap of $324 per day. Optional additional earnings: train new hires in cryogenics to receive an extra $100 per day. Shadow training: operate your own truck while the trainer runs theirs. Receive $125 per day and a $1,000 bonus upon completion. Trained drivers are assigned a 579 Petes truck; no slip seating. Full benefits begin after 60 days, including one week of vacation in the first year, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Operate dedicated regional or local accounts, traveling in all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not permitted. After an out‑of‑state stint of up to 21 days, a maximum of seven consecutive days may be taken home. The company pays for flights home and back; if within 200 miles, you can drive the truck home.
