What You'll Do

• Assist patients and providers with healthcare questions
• Help with benefits and eligibility
• Assist with claims and billing questions
• Check prior authorization status
• Support appeals and denials
• Research coverage and payer information
• Make follow-up calls
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Healthcare, medical billing, claims, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience

Computer & Internet Requirements

• Own Windows 11 computer required
• Reliable high-speed internet required
• Hardwired internet connection required
