About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President, Technology to serve as its senior technology executive and strategic partner to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, digital transformation, data and AI initiatives, and technology operations to support the company's mission, customer experience, and long-term growth. This role involves modernizing a complex technology environment, driving innovation, and delivering secure, scalable, and integrated technology solutions that enable business performance and future organizational success. The EVP Technology will also be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, championing the use of data, analytics, and emerging technologies, and ensuring that technology investments align with business strategy and growth objectives. Applicants must have a proven track record in leading enterprise-wide technology transformation, including the modernization of legacy technology environments. Experience in developing and executing an enterprise technology strategy that is aligned with organizational strategy and customer needs is essential. The role requires strong leadership skills to build and lead a high-performing technology team, as well as the ability to establish effective technology governance and manage substantial technology budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern technology architectures, including cloud and hybrid environments, and a demonstrated ability to lead organizational and cultural change. A focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and the ability to communicate technology strategy in business terms are also key competencies for this position.
