Vacation Sales Coordinator

About the Role As a Vacation Sales Coordinator (In-House Marketing) at Marriott Vacation Club City at San Diego, you will assist in providing owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories. This role supports the Sales & Marketing team and involves coordinating sales presentations and maximizing customer experience. Compensation Pay: $17.75 per hour plus commission and bonuses. Responsibilities Schedule and manage sales presentations, ensuring clients are prepared and eligible. Provide highest level of service to exceed budgeted presentation and volume production goals. Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs; interact professionally with colleagues and guests. Contribute to team goals and adhere to company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience, comfortable interacting with guests in person or by phone. Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. Concierge or sales experience preferred. Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Will be subject to background and drug screening per state and local requirements.
