$375K+ Annual Earnings | 1099 Compensation ($210/hr + $5/hr Satisfaction Bonus)

You'll provide emergency medical care in Marathon, Florida — located in the heart of the Florida Keys. This permanent position offers 12-hour shifts with a manageable 12-shift monthly schedule, giving you the time to enjoy an island lifestyle with warm weather and year-round ocean access. Both Miami and Key West are easily accessible from this location.

• Deliver emergency care across diverse patient cases during 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
• Perform hands-on procedures and manage acute presentations in a modern healthcare center
• Collaborate with APPs and support staff to ensure efficient patient throughput
• Document using Cerner EMR with Dragon voice recognition

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with emergency department experience
• Florida Medical License or eligibility to obtain
• Current certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Strong procedural skills with experience managing a wide range of emergency cases
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Adaptable, patient-focused, and collaborative approach to care
