This is an official AristaCare Talent Acquisition job posting. Candidates who apply through this posting will work directly with our in-house Talent Acquisition Team throughout the recruitment process — not through a third-party staffing or recruitment agency.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
Make sure Daily Staffing is in place for Nursing Department.
Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly by ensuring coverage for callouts
Work with staffing agencies as needed
Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
Assist with new employee orientation
Design and plan work shift schedules
Provide assistance with timekeeping for payroll purposes
Create, present and submit reports to management
Requirements:
1-year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role
At least 1-year long term care facility experience
Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
Reliable with respect to confidentiality.
Minimum: high school diploma or GED
