The Bill Dodge Auto Group is excited to invite a Sales Manager to join its team. This position will be a vital part of the sales teams at Bill Dodge KIA and Nissan of Saco, Maine. The ideal candidate will exhibit a professional demeanor, a collaborative spirit across departments, and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for every customer. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to achieve success. A minimum of three years of experience in the automotive industry is required, with at least one year in a Sales Manager or Finance Manager position.

Estimated Salary: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year 

As a sales manager, your role will involve fostering the growth and success of your sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting forecasts and goals, and championing the company’s values and mission statement. A strong desire to learn and achieve is crucial. The ideal candidate should possess recent, verifiable experience and demonstrate a solid understanding of the automotive sales process, vehicle acquisition, and the utilization of dealership and appraisal software systems. Additionally, the ability to adapt to changing economic conditions and flexibility in business practices is essential.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License w/ Satisfactory Back Ground Check

• Recent and verifiable Kia/Infniniti/Nissan Sales Manager experience preferred

• Two years in Automitive Sales Manager Experience Required

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of the automotive sales process
