Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3 12-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois Certifications: Current CPR/BLS Card, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in an Operating Room setting - Strong clinical judgment skills - Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team Description: Provide patient assessments to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the health care team. Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons. Demonstrate the ability to recognize and report changes in patient conditions. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict professionally. Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in ongoing education to stay current in nursing practices. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
