We provide: Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1 Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs Family-focused benefits Wellness incentives Ongoing mentorship, development, and leadership programs And more Work Location: Atlanta, GA DescriptionThe Manager of Business Analysis and Contract Administration will ensure all contracts, products, and pricing updates are completed efficiently and accuratelyThis individual will work collaboratively with all Supply Chain teams and enhance the contract, item, pricing, and backorder processesThe Manager of Contract Administration and Analysis will provide support to the Contract Managers and Value Analysis teams for cost savings opportunities and new product introductionsThis position will also serve as the primary contact for GPO rosteringThe individual must be able to work effectively; both independently and in a team environment and must be able to accommodate multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentThis position may require the management of others, either directly or via a dotted line.Contract Management & AdministrationCreate and maintain an expiring contracts tracker; issue regular updatesTrack Business Reviews in relation to contracts; contract valuation for high dollar, high profile, and/or those with high operational impactSupport contract managers with contract lifecycle processes (renewals, amendments, pricing templates)Generate contract performance and spend reports by category, supplier, or contractReview and verify GPO analyses; develop recommendationsConfirm GPO contract details and coordinate activationManage uploads and updates in contract management systems, including GPO and internal platformsUpdate contract templates as directed by leadershipParticipate in supplier business reviews and special projectsData and Systems ManagementServe as super-user for contract-related systems and toolsOversee item master data management including new item setup and updatesCollaborate with the data team to manage vendor-hosted catalogs and eMarketplace contentMonitor and resolve EDI pricing exceptionsProcess supplier adds and manage related forms and data entryMaintain rebate logs and reconcile payments in coordination with FinanceSupport for Value Analysis & Product IntroductionAssist in new product introductions and value analysis processesCollect KPI tracking data from business owners to update on select contracts: high dollar, high profile, and/or those with high operational impact Support agenda creation, meeting notes, and presentations for Contracting and Value Analysis teamsWork with clinical specialty committees to review utilization and product standardizationGPO Rostering & ComplianceServe as primary contact for GPO rosteringComplete bi-monthly reviews and updates for the GPO/Emory rosterManage GPO designated category updates and issue resolutionsBackorder & Supply Disruption SupportMonitor backordered/discontinued item queuesCoordinate with contract managers and end users to address supply disruptions and recallsCollaboration & CommunicationCollaborate regularly with Strategic Contracting, Value Analysis, and Materials Management teamsAct as a conduit for information flow to meet customer and supply chain objectivesLeadership & Process ImprovementProvide oversight and guidance to Contract AdministratorsEvaluate and improve contracting and item maintenance processes. Participate in committees and workgroups focused on process improvement and operational efficiencyMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare administration, supply chain, or a related field, with a strong understanding of contracts and agreements OR the equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceExperience: 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Skills:Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointEffective problem solving, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skillAbility to organize and prioritize workloadExcellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team-based environment, contributing ideas, participating in team decisions, and achieving team outcomesAbility to be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated competency with PeopleSoft Demonstrated competency with WorkDayDemonstrated ability to proactively assist customers with their immediate and long-term needs Previous experience working with GPO team and GPO toolsFamiliarity with value analysis tools, i.e. Greenlight by symplr and Lumere by GHXFamiliarity with data analysis tools, i.e. Power BIJOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
