This role is responsible for leading banquet teams, coordinating flawless event execution, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the highest hospitality standards. Banquet Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• 3+ years of banquet, catering, or food & beverage leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead banquet teams and execute multiple events simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, service standards, and event coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Banquet Manager Preferred Background and Skills

• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or upscale event venues
• Strong understanding of BEOs, event timelines, staffing, and labor management
• Track record of delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining operational efficiency
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams during high-volume events
