Apply today! Nature of Work Support and assist the project manager in assuring timely project completion. Duties may include developing schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittal lists and reports. Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project. Responsibilities Coordinate/communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontracts, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion Assist with labor forecasting and project billings Conduct workplace inspections assessing quantity & specification/quality, percent completion by subcontractors, and safety compliance Develop operations and maintenance manuals and as‑builts as required Conduct actions in a professional and unbiased manner Comply with all company and site policies and best practice standards Continuously develop proficiency and understanding in the role Maintain a professional appearance and workspace Participate in and comply with all company safety and quality programs and procedures Promote the company safety culture and safety awareness throughout projects or office Utilize relevant company technology to support all assigned responsibilities Maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record for company vehicle operation Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet organizational needs Qualifications Positive, self‑motivated professional with good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and implement best practice standardsAbility to multitask while delivering quality through attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Ability to adapt to change and stress in the work environment and manage competing demands while maintaining high performance levels Proactive and resourceful when issues arise Follow‑up inquiries in a timely manner Prioritize multiple projects Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Build relationships with team members and clients Learn and use a variety of company‑related software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs Solve complex problems quickly and effectively Education Bachelor's degree from a 4‑year college/university or equivalent experience Experience 0‑2 years of related work experience Other technical experience such as military or on‑the‑job training programs may meet this requirement as determined by local management Physical Demands and Working Environment May require periods of overnight travel Normal office environment Periods of time walking on construction sites Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Frequent activity: sitting, viewing, and typing on computer screen Occasional activity: standing, walking, bending, reaching above shoulder, climbing, and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling At times required to use a ladder and work at tall heights (e.g., roof top, access ladders, scissor‑lift, scaffolding) Safety‑sensitive position that requires extreme focus and attention to safety hazards and safety protocols Travel Required No Cerris and its subsidiary companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer - EEO/AA/M/F/D/V/VEVRAA Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
