ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts to support successful project execution and profitability.Lead estimating activities and ensure a seamless transition from project bidding through construction and completion.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to effectively manage resources, schedules, and project deliverables.Create and maintain detailed project plans while building and sustaining strong client relationships.Manage project documentation, databases, and procurement activities, including vendor and subcontractor negotiations.QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, estimating tools, Bluebeam Revu, and standard construction industry practices.Minimum of 15 years of construction industry experience, including at least 5 years focused on estimating and preconstruction activities.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management skills.Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, project delivery processes, and cost control principles.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentive opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement savings options with employer contributions.Paid time off and paid holidays.Flexible work schedule options that support work-life balance.Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and long-term career advancement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pender, NE.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
