This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills and extensive building maintenance experience. Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests; inspect facilities for safety hazards and complete necessary corrective work. Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs while ensuring all work meets company safety and maintenance standards. Maintain tools and supply inventory, document completed repairs, and keep accurate maintenance logs. Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field. Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical building systems. Proficiency with hand and power tools and the ability to independently diagnose and repair equipment and building systems. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying conditions. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience coordinating or working alongside outside contractors on specialized maintenance projects.
