Compensation: $40,000 - $97,000 yearly Responsibilities Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus Compensation: $40,000 - $97,000 yearly Compensation: $40,000-$97,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Ridgeway
