In this high-impact role, you will: Generate new business opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking Build relationships with decision-makers across the private aviation industry Lead consultative discovery conversations and identify client needs Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Introduce clients to IFCC’s aviation staffing and workforce solutions Contribute directly to company growth and revenue generation We are looking for someone who is: Competitive, resilient, and results-oriented An excellent communicator and relationship builder Organized, accountable, and committed to following through Coachable and motivated by continuous improvement Experienced in sales or business development Experience in staffing, recruiting, or aviation is a plus—but a strong consultative sales mindset, energy, and desire to learn are what will truly set you apart.
