Customer Service & Office Coordinator - Portland, CT
$22-$25/hr DOE

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team in Portland, CT! This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and managing a variety of daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:
Location: Portland, CT
Pay: $22-$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
Saturday: 6:45 AM - 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with requests
Take customer delivery requests and coordinate scheduling
Communicate delivery details and updates with customers
Provide backup support to the scale operator, including recording weights, handling customer requests, and collecting payments
Assist with general office and customer service responsibilities

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable spending time on your feet throughout the day
Patient, dependable, and able to work in a busy environment
