Email Marketing & Automation Specialist (HubSpot required)

Our client, ranked #1 University for innovation, is hiring a HubSpot Email Marketing/Automation Specialist to join their team! Hourly Rate: Up to $46.75/hour (W2 - Max Rate) Employment Type: Contract (40 hours/week) Duration: 6+ months *Possible conversion to FTE if located in Phoenix, AZ (not guaranteed) Location: 100% Remote *Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ if converted to FTE Responsibilities: Support email marketing and campaign execution across its learning programs and initiatives Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, this is a tactical, execution-focused role for someone with strong hands-on HubSpot experience who can quickly jump in and support day-to-day marketing automation needs Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot Develop, manage, and deploy HubSpot workflows and automations Create and manage audience segments Support campaign reporting and performance analysis Troubleshoot and optimize email campaigns and workflows Requirements: Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Senior-level experience is not required; strong tactical HubSpot skills are the priority
