This is a classified production environment with onsite work. The team handles financial reporting and analysis, Estimate at Completions (EAC), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and ad hoc finance support to the program. You will join a friendly, high-performing group that values trust, mutual respect, and innovative solutions to meet critical program objectives. Responsibilities Development of quarterly EACs; analysis/assistance in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE). Oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area; provide guidance and mentoring to junior analyst(s). Include budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support. Assist manpower planning, forecasting and reporting. Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials. Provide internal FP&A support for programs/portfolio; assist with forecasting, reporting and ad hoc requests. Support AOP/Long Range Planning development. Apply knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 3 years experience. Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module & Business Warehouse or similar system. Experience in program cost schedule and control environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. An active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Experience in a matrix environment. Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines. Ability to drive change and influence beyond authority level. Experience in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to management and peers. Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) when interfacing with all levels of the company. Experience managing multiple DoD contracts. Experience in using SAP, Business Systems APEX EV & PRISM EV. Strong customer focus, attention to detail and quality work. What We Offer Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
