The role is located onsite in Richardson, TX. Salary Range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD What You Will Do You will promote a culture of predictable execution intertwined with fun and collaboration where the success of the entire program team is the number one priority. You will act as the Product Owner (PO) for the Device Control team focused on requirements decomposition, Cameo modeling, software development and troubleshooting within a DevSecOps Pipeline in a Cloud environment. You will work directly with the Chief Engineer, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers performing software development work for Mission Systems applications. You will interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on an extremely large program across multiple locations. You will have the opportunity to mentor Interns, Junior, Senior and Principal engineers. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Previous experience as a Product Owner following Agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Previous experience with military radio control, status and data integration. Previous experience with microservice architectures and software development. Qualifications We Prefer Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance. Experience with Agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Experience with UML, SysML, MBSE and CAMEO Modeling tools. Experience with Jira.
