Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples together, as well as providing individual therapy for each member when necessary.
\n
• Addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflict and communication difficulties, separation and divorce adjustment, and blended families.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy to aid clients in achieving their goals.
\n
• Documenting therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards within specified time frames.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing complex challenges. Your expertise in navigating sensitive family dynamics, mixed family structures, and individual psychological issues will significantly contribute to improved emotional and behavioral outcomes for clients throughout the community.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for candidates who have worked with family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Touchstone Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide:
