Litigation Associate Attorney

We are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a plaintiff-side legal team handling complex shareholder and commercial disputes in Wilmington, Delaware. This role offers substantial involvement in high-stakes matters from an early stage, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative setting. The position is well suited for an attorney who is eager to deepen courtroom and case-development experience while contributing to impactful plaintiff-side litigation.Responsibilities:• Prepare persuasive complaints, motions, briefs, and other court filings that support case objectives and advance litigation strategy.• Perform in-depth legal research and synthesize findings into practical recommendations for active matters.• Contribute to case planning by evaluating legal arguments, identifying risks, and helping shape overall litigation approach.• Oversee discovery activities, including reviewing records, drafting written discovery, preparing responses, and assisting with deposition work.• Appear in court, hearings, conferences, and related proceedings as needed to advocate on behalf of clients.• Work in close partnership with attorneys and legal support professionals to move matters forward efficiently and maintain strong client service.• Keep case files, correspondence, time entries, and litigation documentation organized, current, and accurate.
