Virginia Pediatric Group is seeking candidates who are genuinely passionate about pediatric healthcare and have a desire to work specifically with children. We have four clinics, all with a vibrant atmosphere and a long history of pediatric care to the communities in Northern Virginia.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills to work effectively with both the children and their parents. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reception and Patient Interaction
• Appointment Scheduling
• Coordination with Providers
• Insurance Verification
• Payment collection
• Administrative Duties
• Customer Service
• Creation of a friendly and calm environment for both the children and the parents

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent, additional training in medical office administration is preferred
• Previous experience in a pediatric office is preferred
• Familiarity with EMR and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain calm

This is a full-time position with some Saturday shifts. (Office Hours: Monday-Friday OPENING from 7:30 AM TO 4:00 PM CLOSING from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.)

Work Location: Multiple Locations, (Great Falls, Fairfax, Herndon, Aldie)
