About the Role:

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for guests and staff. This position involves overseeing the housekeeping team, coordinating daily tasks, and implementing effective cleaning protocols to enhance guest satisfaction. The supervisor will also be responsible for training new staff members, conducting inspections, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies. By fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork, the Housekeeping Supervisor will contribute to the overall success of RCMI Hospitality Management LLC. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in hospitality management or a related field.
• Experience with inventory management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
• Train and mentor new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Performed any other duties assigned by supervisor and or management.
