JobSummary - The Opportunity

Great sales decisions start with great data. As our SeniorSales Analyst, you'll be the go-to analytics partner for our Sales andMarketing teams, turning commercial data into insights that drive revenuegrowth and sharpen how we go to market.

In this role, you will own sales performance reporting,pipeline analytics, and marketing ROI analysis, working closely with our ChiefRevenue Officer and Sales and Marketing leadership. Reporting to our VP ofCorporate Development & Strategy, you'll build on the foundation of ouranalytics and AI teams, using AI and predictive modeling to create tools oursales teams use every day.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes
• Own salesperformance reporting. Design and deliver recurring reports on revenue byservice line, rep performance, quota attainment, pipeline health, and retentionso leadership always has timely, accurate visibility.
• Findwhere to grow. Analyze trends across accounts, segments, geographies, andservice lines, including new logos, churn, wallet share, and cross-sell, tohelp sales teams focus where it matters most.
• Connectmarketing to revenue. Analyze campaign performance, lead sourceattribution, and digital channel ROI, linking top-of-funnel activity topipeline and closed revenue to guide investment.
• Buildtools the team relies on. Partner with our software engineers and use AI tobuild self-service tools for Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Marketing thatreduce manual reporting.
• Lookahead. Develop forecasting models and apply predictive analytics toidentify at-risk accounts, high-potential prospects, and seasonal revenuepatterns.
• Protectdata quality. Work with Data Engineering to keep CRM and transaction dataclean and consistent, flagging issues and driving them to resolution.
• Turninsights into action. Align with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, andFinance on metrics and priorities, and translate findings into clearrecommendations for leadership.
• Keep usahead of the curve. Evaluate and implement emerging analytics and AI toolsthat strengthen our commercial capabilities.

WhatYou Bring
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, BusinessAnalytics, Math, Sciences, or a related field.
• Required: 2+ years of experience in analytics, commercial operations, or a relatedrole, with a track record of insights that lead to action and results.
• Required: Experience applying AI-driven analytics, machine learning, or predictivemodels in a business setting.
• Required: Strong proficiency with Claude or other LLM development tools, SQL, R,Excel, and PowerPoint, plus working knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, anddata governance.
• Required: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), familiarity withsales engagement or marketing automation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Clay,Klaviyo), and experience partnering with Data Engineering on data views.
• Required: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability toexplain complex data to non-technical audiences and manage multipleinitiatives.
• Preferred: Master's degree.
