Experience in Banking Industry/financial institutions to enhance their originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies, omni Channel is must. A great communicator, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to solve technical challenges. A team player who can bring a positive attitude and productivity in high pressure situations. Data Analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and, preferably, business intelligence software.
