Regional Manager

Kresta Holdings Limited is looking for a Regional Manager to continue driving our sales and growing the business across WA. About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams, including managers, sales consultants, fitters and showroom staff ensuring the delivery of financial and operational performance targets across WA. You will be responsible for bottom‑line accountability for the delivery of KPI's, driving and maximizing window furnishing sales and installations. As a strong leader, you will establish a culture of operational excellence through leadership, continuous improvement and empowering people through coaching and development. You will have an innate ability to think on your feet, be able to make decisions autonomously and prioritize work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment. A finely tuned commercial acumen with a focus on operational optimization will see this person succeed in this role. You will be responsible for: Maintaining high performing teams. Effective control of the process from sales to installation. Driving sales targets and managing budgets. Leading teams to ensure exceptional customer service outcomes and their compliance with company policies and procedures. Finding solutions and overcoming obstacles positively. Desired Skills & Experience: Experience in the window furnishing industry or managing a sales area or region in a similar industry. Strong leadership skills. Extensive experience in the management of a large multi-disciplinary team in the retail industry. Proven capability in empowering teams to succeed. Experience in a fast‑paced environment and see challenges as opportunities. Proven ability in engaging, influencing and leading teams to excellence.
