AsaPrincipalProductEngineer,you’llleadthedesign,development,anddeliveryofnewproductinitiativesandproductimprovements,withafocusonsustainability,costreduction,andperformanceexcellence.Thisisaleadershiprolewhereyou’llguideprojects,mentorengineers,andcollaborateacrossengineering,manufacturing,andpurchasingtobringinnovativesolutionstolife.Youwillplayakeyroleinimprovingcostefficiency,shapingthefutureofourproductportfolio,andensuringourequipmentcontinuestosetindustrystandards. What You’ll Do Improvemanufacturability,costefficiency,andwarrantyperformance. Overseeprototyping,testing,designreviews,andvalidationstrategies. Resolvecomplexqualityissueswithprovenmethodologies(8D,5Why,StageGate). Influencestrategy,budgets,andbestpracticesthatadvanceourengineeringexcellence. What We’re Looking For Drivenengineerwith5+years(preferably10+)leadingteamsinmechanical/structuraldesign. Deepknowledgeofmechanicaldesign,structuralconnections,andmanufacturingprocesses(welding,machining,casting,forging). ExpertiseinBOMmanagement,engineeringreleaseprocesses,andindustrystandards(CMAA,ISO,AWS). Problem-solverwhothrivesoninnovationandhasstrongcommunicationskills. Bachelor’sdegreeinMechanical,Structural,Civil,Agricultural,orrelatedengineeringfield(Master’spreferred). Additional valuable experience in: Mechatronics, hydraulics, weldments, electronics, hand calculations, interpreting FEA results, vehicle software, reliability, ergonomics, diesel engines, and power train systems. The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
