- Partner with customers to understand complex requirements and deliver tailored rubber solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver solutions.
- Prepare quotes, manage projects, and close business.
- Maintain pipeline and customer data within CRM/ERP systems.
- Build long-term strategic relationships.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales, technical sales, or sales engineering experience.
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in manufacturing, engineered products, or industrial sales preferred.
