QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BARBERSHOP REGIONAL LEADER

3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience Ability to manage individual shop performance Budgeting and P&L experience Strong hands‑on leadership style and ability to coach and develop Shop Leaders Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the district A college degree is preferred. This is a full-time role averaging 50 hours per week , with weekend availability as needed. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
