What You\'ll Do Meet with prospective customers in their homes to discuss their insurance needs. Educate clients about available insurance products and services. Build strong relationships through face-to-face communication and exceptional customer service. Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, presentations, follow-ups, and closing sales. Answer customer questions and provide personalized recommendations. Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities within your assigned territory. Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM tools. Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual sales goals. Compensation This is a performance-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential. Top performers commonly earn between $90,000 and $160,000+ annually .
