Role Description ENFOS Inc. is hiring a Senior UI Engineer to help architect and lead the modernization of the front end of our Environmental Obligation Subledger Accounting Platform. This is a mission‑critical system of record used by global industrial enterprises to govern material Environmental Obligation Programs under U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards. You will define how finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders engage with dense financial, scientific, and operational data within a multi‑regulatory reporting framework. This role carries full responsibility for front‑end architecture, design system governance, and workflow standards required to support audit‑grade controls and long‑term platform durability. You will define the standard for usability, performance, and maintainability across the product. You will play a central role in modernizing our application and shaping the future of our product experience, championing a user‑first mindset while delivering high‑quality, scalable front‑end solutions. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on front‑end development experience using React or a comparable modern framework Proven experience architecting scalable front‑end systems and design systems in production enterprise environments Demonstrated experience designing and shipping complex, data‑dense B2B SaaS applications Demonstrated ability to design workflow‑heavy interfaces with strong usability, performance, and audit considerations Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences Exceptional communication skills with the ability to defend architectural and UX decisions across technical and non‑technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience designing financial, regulated, or audit‑driven enterprise software Experience modernizing legacy front‑end architectures within multi‑module platforms Advanced proficiency in Figma or comparable tools including design system governance Experience integrating analytics, experimentation, or AI capabilities into enterprise workflows Salary range in the US: $160,000 - $200,000 with opportunity for discretionary bonus paid annually Stock options granted at time of hire and periodically based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr ENFOS
