End User Support Technician

In this role, you'll install, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, providing timely solutions that keep our team connected and productive. Your efforts will directly support our mission by maintaining high-quality technical assistance, documenting solutions, and collaborating with IT Service Owners to resolve complex issues. Required Skills:

• Proven experience in desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and software configuration
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Expertise with imaging, installing, repairing, and upgrading computer systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Experience with ticketing systems, especially ServiceNow, is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with AV hardware troubleshooting and on-site presentation support
• Knowledge of licensing and software deployment processes
• Basic understanding of network connectivity and peripherals setup

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of technical support experience in a corporate environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite, providing hands-on support and on-site setup as needed
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Support Technician are advantageous
